Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened off-the-shelf items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping as well as any damage that occurs during return shipping. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring shipments, particularly fiberglass products.

Custom Parts

We will build components to your exact measurements and specifications, but ultimately YOU are responsible for making sure those dimensions and specifications are correct. No returns or refunds on custom parts are accepted for any reason.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We strive to ship orders within 72 hours, but order fulfillment is subject to inventory on hand. If there will be a longer delay on an order, we will contact you. Be sure to provide valid contact information when you place your order for this reason. Due to their nature, custom parts take longer to manufacture. Please allow up to 30 days for shipping of all custom parts. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that we offer flat-rate shipping for some items, while shipping for other items we sell is weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Inspect all fiberglass products immediately upon receipt. Please document any packaging damage before opening, with pictures if possible. You MUST report any damaged fiberglass components to us within 3 business days of receipt so that we can submit a freight damage claim and handle the logistics of correcting that damage. Any damage discovered after 3 business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
